Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia) All works are shipped via Australia Post using specialist art packaging to ensure every piece arrives safely and in perfect condition. All works are fully insured in transit. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your painting on its journey to you.

International Shipping My work is warmly welcomed into homes beyond Australia's shores. International shipping is available, but please contact me at info@silvanagorgiev.com before purchasing so we can discuss the most appropriate shipping method and cost for your location.

Packaging Every work is carefully packaged using materials specifically designed for fine art. Canvas works are wrapped and protected to withstand the rigours of transit. Works on paper are packaged flat with rigid backing.

Framing All works are sent unframed. Frames are inherently fragile in transit, and I believe your artwork deserves the care and expertise of a skilled local framer. Detailed framing instructions are included with every work.

Processing Time Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. For international orders, please allow additional time for customs clearance.
